NYSC Green Card: How to Print and What to Do After Registration

After completing NYSC online registration, prospective corps members should keep the registration acknowledgement generated by the portal. This document is commonly referred to as the NYSC Green Card.

It is useful because it contains important registration information that should be checked before the later deployment stages.

How to Print the Green Card

Log in to your official NYSC dashboard and use the available printing option after registration has been successfully completed. Print a clear copy and save a secure electronic copy as well.

Check the Details

Read the document rather than assuming every field is correct.

  • Full name
  • Call up or registration information shown on the document
  • Institution and course information
  • Personal details
  • Other mobilization data displayed by the portal

What to Do If You Find an Error

Use the appropriate NYSC correction process as early as possible. If the problem comes from an institution supplied record, contact the school. If the portal provides a specific correction option, follow the official instruction.

What Comes Next

Registration does not mean deployment has already been released. Continue to monitor the official portal for batch information, call up details and orientation instructions.

Keep the Document Safe

Do not upload a full copy publicly on social media. Registration documents can contain personal information that should not be shared with strangers.

Keep Checking Your Dashboard

The Green Card is one step in the mobilization journey. Your next major document is usually connected with deployment and orientation.

For 2027, rely on your own NYSC dashboard for the information that applies to your batch and stream.

Important: NYSC schedules, portal procedures, fees, allowances and document requirements can change. For 2027, confirm the latest information on the official NYSC website and portal before taking action.
