Applicants seeking admission into Rhema College of Health Science, Management and Technology are expected to meet the minimum entry requirements for their chosen programme.
- A completed application form.
- A minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent examinations as required by the programme.
- Birth certificate or declaration of age.
- Recent passport photographs.
- Certificate of origin or identification.
- Other supporting documents required by the College.

Review a Programme
Check the available programmes and confirm that you meet the entry requirements for the programme you want to study.
Submit the Online Application
Open the Rhema online application form, enter your personal and academic information, and submit your application through this website.
Keep Your Application Number
After submission, keep the Application Number generated by the portal. You will use it to identify and track your application.
Check Your Application Status
Use the application-status page to follow the College review. If additional information is required, provide it as instructed by the admissions team.
Receive Admission & Registration Number
When your application is approved, the portal records your admission and your official Registration Number becomes available for the next stage.
Complete New-Student Registration
Use your Registration Number to complete the new-student registration form, upload the required profile and academic documents, and submit it for approval.
Admin Verification
The College verifies the submitted registration information and documents. You can only proceed as an activated student after approval.
Access Your Student Portal
After approval and portal activation, sign in to your student dashboard using the account details provided for your student record.
